Proposed 2016 Budget
The Board of Directors for the Association has proposed an operating budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2016 (FY16). The draft budget proposes no increase in the monthly assessment for 2016. A copy of the proposed budget materials are available by clicking here. The budget will be formally approved at the November 4, 2015 Board of Directors Meeting.
New Collection Policy (Read about it here)
Please be aware that, due to the ongoing problem with significant delinquencies at Tanglewood, the new policy prescribes that accounts be referred for legal action when an account exceeds $200.00. If your account gets to that point, the legal costs that will be added will result in a dramatic increase in your balance! If you get behind (or are currently behind), please communicate with the Board of Directors through Vanguard Management.
